Admit Card Released & Exam Date

On September 30, 2025, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) officially released admit cards for the PCS (Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services) and ACF/RFO Preliminary Examination. Candidates can download their hall tickets using their login credentials from the official UPPSC site, uppsc.up.nic.in. 

The exam is scheduled for October 12, 2025, conducted across 1,435 centres in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Approximately 6.26 lakh candidates are expected to appear for this fiercely competitive test.

How to Download Admit Card

1. Visit the UPPSC official website: uppsc.up.nic.in.

2. Click on the “Download Admit Card for PCS/ACF/RFO Prelims 2025” link. 

3. Enter registration/onetime registration (OTR) number, date of birth, and gender. 

4. Verify the details on your admit card (Name, Centre, Timings).

5. Download and print at least two copies for exam day.

Candidates should ensure their application was accepted; if their application was rejected, admit card will not be issued.

• The Prelims will include General Studies I and General Studies II (CSAT) papers. GS II is qualifying, requiring a minimum of 33% marks. 
• General Studies I holds the main selection weight; CSAT is just qualifying.
